Can you open my door without damage?
Almost always. A slammed-shut door is opened via the latch; a locked door by manipulating the cylinder. We only drill when there is truly no other option – and we always discuss that with you first.
What if I don't have ID with me?
We need to be sure you live there. That can be done with ID, but also with mail in your name, via your landlord or via neighbours. We'll find a solution together.
I rent my home. Am I allowed to call a locksmith?
Yes. If you're locked out you can always call a locksmith yourself. If the lock needs replacing, we explain upfront how that works with your landlord or housing corporation.
How do I pay?
You pay after the job, by card (pin) on the spot. You always receive an invoice with VAT. Cash is never required.
